Carol’s Roman Shades, Inc. guarantees the workmanship and materials on all our products for one year from the completion of your order. If you should have a problem with an order, please call our customer service department at 1 800 422 1210. Give the customer service representative a thorough description of the problem.

Carol’s Roman Shades, Inc. will then issue a Return Authorization. Once the product is retuned to us, we will determine the cause of the problem. If a fabrication error is the cause, we will repair or replace the product within 10 working days of receipt of all materials needed. This warranty is limited to repair or replacement to original specifications only. Carol’s Roman Shades, Inc. is responsible for the fabrication of orders to the designer’s specifications.

The designer is responsible for all design choices, including the suitability of fabric and style selections.
